What food should you purchase for your new puppy?
pawTree has two chicken options that we recommend for our puppies. We wean our puppies on pawTree's Real Chicken & Oatmeal Recipe. pawTree also has a Real Chicken & Sweet potato recipe. These two formulas give our puppy families the option of a grain inclusive or a grain free food. We ask that our puppy parents purchase one of these two formulas for their puppies. All new puppy parents should purchase and receive their choice of dog food before your puppy comes home.
What is the cost of high quality dog food?
When look at the cost, pawTree can look quite expensive. However, once you break down the cost the price is comparable to other "high quality" foods. We recommend our families purchase the XL bags of food. This actually comes with three 10lbs bags which helps keep each bag fresh longer! The XL bags also offer a 30% savings compared to the smaller options.
